Lensor itself is a pioneering AI start-up with a dynamic team of 20 young and bright individuals dedicated to automating vehicle inspections. Our unique ecosystem includes hardware, cloud services, advanced software, and AI capabilities—all developed in-house. Your Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Vision Engineer at Lensor, you will play a pivotal role in continuously improving and extending our innovative vehicle inspection solution. You will bring fresh ideas to the table and transform new business concepts into actionable technical requirements. Working within a small, agile team allows you to tackle a diverse set of challenges across both the design and electronics. Key responsibilities include:
Translating new business ideas into technical requirements and producing detailed technical specifications.
Designing, developing and testing new components, such as sensors, cameras and lighting, to improve the system for more use cases.
Validation and testing of 3D models our design team makes.
Remotely or physically maintaining our system so that we can ensuring runs smoothly 24/7 in production environments.
Integrating automatic testing tools of hardware components, like sensors cameras lights. This way we can be notified of any components that fail.
A keen interest in exploring new technologies and a drive to stay on the cutting edge of vision development.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
